The Still She Rose Foundation, VA is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women impacted by domestic violence and teaching prevention to young girls through mentorship. We believe in the power of healing and the promise of tomorrow. Our mission is to walk beside women rising from the shadows of domestic violence, and to light the path for young girls to lead with strength, purpose, and heart.

Mentorship for Young Women - Positive role models provide guidance, support, and leadership development.
Workshops & Seminars – Focus on self-esteem, self-defense, healthy relationships and goal setting.
Academic Support – Tutoring, college prep, and career exploration for at-risk girls.

Job Readiness Training – Resume Building, Interview prep, and employment skills
Financial Literacy Workshops – Budgeting, credit repair, savings, and financial independence.
Life Skills Training - Self – care, time management, parenting, and healthy relationship building.

Individual therapy –Licensed therapists provide trauma- informed counseling for survivors and youth.
Support Groups – Peer-led or clinician -led groups focused on healing, empowerment, and shared experiences.
Youth Counseling- Specialized services for young women exposed to or affected by domestic violence.

This holiday season, we will select a special family to support through our Adopt-a Family Christmas Dinner program. Our goal is to ensure they experience a warm, joyful, and stress-free Christmas meal while making their Christmas joyful and memorable. The selected family will be presented with gifts and a complimentary dinner where they have the opportunity to dine with the executives of The Still She Rose Foundation VA.
